S7 Plus Collapsible Trailer Package


The S7 Plus is a single motorcycle trailer with a maximum load rating of 400kg. It has been designed so it can be easily converted into a T7 Twin trailer with the addition
of the optional Conversion Kit. See ‘Conversion Kit and T7 Twin Trailer’ for details. The S7 Plus is equipped with a suspension rating suitable for use in the single or twin configurations.

After initial pre assembly, no tools are required to assemble or dismantle the trailer which can be done in minutes. The trailer dismantles into four main sections, two wheel assemblies, main beam and axle, making it compact enough to fit into most car boots, utes and or any other small space for storage.

As the trailer is shipped in boxes, some tools will be required for pre-assembly. These tools include 10mm and 13mm spanners, along with 4mm and 5mm Allen keys and 18mm wheel wrench or equivalent. This pre-assembly is performed once on initial assembly and is not required to be performed for each assembly of the trailer. The pre-assembly is a simple procedure which is detailed within the instruction manual provided with the trailer.

Motolug trailers are fabricated from mild steel with the main beam and lighting brackets powder coated and the rest of the components supplied with a silver zinc plated finish.

T7 Twin Collapsible Trailer Package

(S7 Plus Collapsible Trailer Package with T7 Twin Conversion Kit)

This clever S7 Plus trailer is not only fully collapsible, but can be configured as a Twin.
By fitting the T7 Conversion Kit the S7 Plus becomes the T7 Twin Collapsible trailer.
The T7 Twin motorcycle trailer has a maximum load rating of 600kg. We recommend that when carrying one bike you configure the trailer as a single trailer, as uneven weight distribution could cause instability.

After initial pre assembly, no tools are required to assemble or dismantle the trailer which can be done in minutes.
As the trailer is shipped in boxes, some tools will be required for pre-assembly. These tools include 10mm and 13mm spanners, along with 4mm and 5mm Allen keys and 18mm wheel wrench or equivalent. The HDS7 is a Heavy Duty single motorcycle trailer with a maximum load rating of 450kg. This trailer is available in single configuration only. The HDS7 is suited to transport larger and heavier motorcycles.

Bikelug F300 Trailer Package


Our Bikelug-F300 Trailer, is a fixed type trailer which is bolted together and is equipped with a suspension rating suitable for use in a single configuration only.
The trailer dismantles into four main sections, two wheel assemblies, main beam and axle, making it compact enough to fit into most car boots, utes and or any other small space for storage.
The Bikelug F300, is however essentially a rigid trailer which requires unbolting for disassembly.
Although the time required to assemble Bikelug F300 is a little longer and it comes in single configuration only, it still provides the benefits of storage and the loading features as provided with the S7 Plus Trailer.
As the trailer is shipped in boxes, some tools will be required for assembly and use. These tools include 10mm and 13mm spanners, along with 4mm and 5mm Allen keys and 18mm wheel wrench or equivalent. The assembly is a simple procedure which is detailed within the instruction manual provided with the trailer.
The Bikelug F300 trailer is fabricated from mild steel with the main beam, hitch, axle and all other components supplied with a silver zinc plated finish.

Loading System
Attaches to the front of the main beam with a quick release pin. As your bike is pushed up the ramp, the front wheel passes over a pivoting cradle, which fits behind the front wheel supporting it together with a 'V' shaped cradle at the front of the wheel, enabling you to safely secure your bike without assistance. To release the hold when you are unloading your bike simply rock the bike over the pivoting cradle. The loading system does not under any circumstances replace the use of straps. Included in the S7 Plus and Bikelug F300 Trailer Packages and an Option for the T7 Conversion Kit.

Ratchet Straps
Consists of 4 high qaulity ratchet strap systems, manufactured to standards EN1492-1/2-2000, EN12195-P2-2001, CE-IS9002, and rated to 1500kg's. Staps measure 25mm wide x 4 meters long

Spare Safety Cable
This cable attaches the trailer to the towing vehicle whilst towing and provides a secondary link for all unbraked trailers, caravans etc. A legal requirement for small – light trailers as required by
National Code of Practice, VSB 1.

Spare Locking Pin
Locking Pin 10mm x 80mm long. Used for securing axle, wheel and lighting assemblies on all collapsible S7 Plus & T7 trailers.
Can be secured using 3mm R Clips.
